Maha Shivaratri Event: Spreading Joy and Blessings

Maha Shivratri, a festival honoring Lord Shiva, holds profound significance in Indian culture. This year, Cooking for a Cause partnered with Tabla proudly sponsored the Maha Shivratri Event at Durga Maa Sai Baba Mandir. The celebrations were grand, with over 800 devotees gathering to pay homage to the divine. Amidst rituals and prayers, Cooking for a Cause partnered with Tabla had the privilege of serving Maha Prasadam to all present, spreading joy and nourishment. 

Neon Noir – Yelp Event at Orlando Science Center

Tabla, in collaboration with Cooking for a Cause, participated in the lively Neon Noir event organized by Yelp, benefiting the Orlando Science Center. The evening was filled with complimentary food, drinks, and entertainment, with all proceeds supporting the center. We were honored to represent Tabla and Cooking for a Cause, sharing our culinary delights and gratitude with attendees.

Heritage Night: Celebrating Diversity and Unity 

Tabla’s commitment to community extends beyond religious events. Cooking for a Cause partnered with Tabla in Heritage Night, showcasing cultural diversity within our community. Sponsored by the North Lake Park Community School, the event featured live performances and a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Chinese, and Thai dishes served by Tabla.

Women’s Day Event

The Women’s Day event, hosted by the American Telugu Association, was a testament to empowerment and solidarity. Attendees enjoyed engaging activities and discussions, highlighting the importance of women’s empowerment and equality.
